friendly staff, central location, comfortable rooms. During my recent city trip, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. the central location was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were comfortable with thoughtful touches like water and sweets provided.

Noise levels, lack of amenities. the noise levels could be improved, especially on weekends.

Spent an amazing Easter break at this cozy hotel. The first thing I liked was that the room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Secondly, the hotel's convenient location, a stone's throw from the main attractions, made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was strong, and I could stay connected with my family and friends back home, which was a plus.

That the parking spots were limited, and sometimes it was nearly impossible to park. Also, the TV screen in the room was not positioned well, making it challenging to watch TV while working on the desk. Nonetheless, these minor complaints could not overshadow my overall wonderful experience. Would recommend!
